Products & Orders
Handmade Nature: All our dog treats are small-batch and handcrafted. Slight variations in shape, colour, or texture are entirely normal and part of what makes our bakes special.
Allergies & Ingredients: We clearly list our plant-based ingredients for all products. It is the customer's responsibility to check ingredient lists against their dog's specific dietary needs or sensitivities. Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.

Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP).
Payments are securely processed through our authorised payment providers at the time of checkout.

Delivery & Shipping

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal services.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable and consumable nature of pet treats, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on food items unless they arrive damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can make it right.

Allergen Notice: While our Grain-Free items are mixed and baked using dedicated clean equipment, all Mylo's Treats Barkery bakes are prepared in a kitchen environment that handles cereal grains (wheat). If your dog has a severe clinical allergy to wheat, please consult your vet.
