Delivery Policy Overview

We bake all our plant-based dog treats fresh in small batches right here in Blyth, Northumberland, and carefully pack them so they arrive in perfect condition for your furry best friend.

Freshly Baked Schedule & Storage

Weekly Baking Cycle: Because our treats are 100% natural and freshly baked without artificial preservatives, we bake on a weekly schedule.

Collection & Delivery Days: To ensure absolute freshness, collection and dispatch take place only on certain designated days. You will be notified of your exact day when your order is processed.

Storage Advice: Once your treats arrive, storage depends on the type of bake! Fully dried crunchy biscuits keep well at room temperature for 2 to 3 weeks, while softer or perishable items should be consumed quickly or stored appropriately according to their shelf life.

Local Pickup & Shipping Options

As part of our delivery policy local Pickup: Free local pickup is available directly from our home address in Blyth. You will receive notification of the specific collection day and time window once your order is ready.

Standard Delivery: Delivered via Royal Mail following our weekly bake and dispatch cycle. Shipping rates are calculated clearly at checkout based on order weight.

If you are in the Newcastle area, you can also find and purchase our treats directly through our official local stockists, such as Leazes Bark and Barkingham Palace.

Shipping, Transit & Damaged Parcels

Postal Handling & Crushing: We carefully pack all our treats to protect them during transit. However, we cannot be held responsible for any breakages, crushing, or damage caused by rough handling by postal or courier services once the parcel has left our care.

Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery details entered by the customer.
